I told her my coupon was not used correctly in Transaction # 1. She thought one of the body washes would be 50% off—hence the $3.74 amount. When I told her both cleansers were according to my receipt, she said, “Oh, I owe you $4 then.” So I guess she put in a post=coupon or whatever and gave me $4 back. This would’ve been fine IF she owed me $4. She actually owed me $5.24. I was so confused that I didn’t get a chance to correct her, though.

I should have earned $10 UP—something wasn’t tracking right! It said I only spent $46 on eligible products—not true. I spent $53.20. They wouldn’t do anything about it at the store level. I should get my $10 UPs and will be able to submit for $15 Procter & Gamble rebate. That will make this a $13.51 money maker!
